6. Remove from oven; let cool completely.  Turn out cake onto a serving plate.

7. For frosting, beat powdered sugar and margarine until smooth in a medium bowl.  Add vanilla; stir until blended.  Spread frosting over the cooled cake.

8. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows to make 16 servings.

9. Store in the refrigerator.
