For frosting:

  • 1½ cups butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4-5 cups powdered sugar
  • 12-15 cherries


For Cake:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour 9X9 baking dish.

Step 2: In a large bowl, sift together cake mix, flour, and pudding mix.
